Above rates are per room per night, including breakfast and all taxes. For reservations to be valid a 50% deposit of the final cost is required. Full payment must be made by May 1st, 2009. All requests for accommodation are made through the Congress Secretariat “ Aktina – City Congress SA”
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations will only be accepted in writing to the Congress Secretariat
A. Registration fees are not refundable
B. Hotel Accommodation
Written cancellation received by March 15th, 2009: No cancellation fee minus
€ 50 for administration costWritten cancellation received by April 30, 2009: 50% cancellation fees of the total cost applies
Written cancellation received after May 1st , 2009: No cancellations will be made.
