Dr. Alvaro Alfredo Figueroa DDS, MS
Dr.
Figueroa is a dentist with specialty training in orthodontics and pediatric
dentistry. His clinical and research interests are in craniofacial
anomalies, with emphasis in orthodontic and surgical management, treatment
results and craniofacial growth and development. He has academic
appointments at Rush University (Dept. of Plastic and Reconstructive
Surgery, Rush Craniofacial Center) and a consulting clinical appointment at
the Cook County Hospital Cleft Palate Clinic. He is the author of several
publications in the craniofacial anomalies field and is active in teaching
and clinical research. He is an active member of the American Cleft
Palate-Craniofacial Association and was a member of Council.
